Recycled Polyester Yarn

Our vertically integrated facility has advanced PET recycling machinery equipped with fully automatic sorters to sort post-consumer PET scrap from impurities and unwanted materials, which then undergo various types of cleaning processes and are eventually shredded into flakes suitable for producing various types of filament yarn. The PET flakes are then processed and spun into high-quality and durable polyester yarn, with excellent tensile properties. The yarn is then treated to provide the necessary texture as per distinct customer specifications making them suitable for producing a wide range of garments and home textiles.
